Aroma
A deep well of complex aromatics: iodine, umami, soy, tar, Chambord liqueur, and blackcurrant, followed by terracotta and sandalwood. The fruit sits happily inside the dark, savoury flavours, creating an intriguing and layered bouquet.

The Olivers Road component was gently crushed and fermented in open-top fermenters with daily pump-overs, spending 15 days on skins.
