The fruit was destemmed with free-run juice taken away from the skins almost immediately, whilst 20% was matured in older French puncheons for added complexity. At 12.5% alcohol, this wine is best enjoyed whilst young and fresh.

Vintage Conditions
The 2024 vintage in Tasmania provided excellent conditions for rosé production, with cool-climate growing patterns allowing the Pinot Noir fruit to develop intense aromatics whilst maintaining the bright natural acidity essential for premium rosé.
