Vineyard and Winemaking
Sourced from the Barossa Valley in South Australia, the wine reflects Pepperjack's approach to combining traditional winemaking with contemporary wine styles.
According to the producer, the fruit parcels were crushed, destemmed and fermented separately in traditional-style fermenters. Following gentle pressing, the wine was transferred to seasoned and new oak for 12 months before blending and bottling.
