Any parcel with 'Authority To Leave'Ā provided by you the customer, accepts and acknowledges that if the parcel is damaged, lost or stolen after goods are scanned delivered Wine Sellers Direct will not be liable.
Our freight rates and estimated delivery times are from the time where your order has been processed and despatched to metropolitan locations. The parcels are delivered by Third Parties therefore no guarantees will be offered for delivery. Orders are generally processed, packed and despatched within 2 business days.Ā Should we be un-able to despatch your order within a reasonable timeframe we will contact you.

What to do if your parcel is delayed?
