Wine Sellers Direct offers affordable shipping rates Australia-wide, using Australia Post including to PO Boxes & Parcel Collect lockers. Additional Identification requests may be required if delivery is to a PO Box or Parcel Collect locker.
Our freight rates and estimated delivery times are from the time where your order has been processed and despatched to metropolitan locations. The parcels are delivered by Third Parties therefore no guarantees will be offered for delivery. Orders are generally processed, packed and despatched within 2 business days. Should we be unable to despatch your order within a reasonable timeframe we will contact you.
Redirections or change of shipping address may be available once your goods have been despatched. If additional charges apply they are the responsibility of the purchaser. Requesting redirection or change of shipping address may result in additional delivery times and/or delays. Ownership transfers from Wine Sellers Direct to the purchaser in this event.
Bundle items may be considered a single item. We may withhold despatch due to forecast weather conditions or events that may impact on the integrity of the products. If you would like us to despatch your order regardless of forecast weather conditions you accept the product in 'as is' condition, no liability shall pass to us.
For urgent deliveries contact us to discuss available solutions. Our products are manually handled by our freight providers due to the fragile nature of them, so delivery can take longer than other items and any comparison for delivery expectation is not valid.
Delivery Instructions
Use the order comments section in the "Cart" to provide concise, and specific delivery instructions and/or Gift Messages. This includes instructions such as 'Authority To Leave'. Any parcel with 'Authority To Leave' provided by you the customer, accepts and acknowledges that if the parcel is damaged, lost or stolen after goods are marked delivered Wine Sellers Direct will not be liable.
Missed Deliveries
All our deliveries require a signature unless Authority To Leave has been provided to us. If you are not available to receive the delivery it will be taken to a Post Office nearby.
In the event you are not at the address to receive the delivery Australia Post will now notify you digitally instead of with a card in your mailbox. Either via the AusPost app if you have registered for MyPost, your email, or via SMS.
We strongly recommend checking the tracking of your parcels regularly, or use the original order confirmation link to retrieve tracking details.
What to do if your parcel is delayed?
Continually monitor the parcels using the tracking links provided in email or SMS. If your goods are delayed or have not been delivered within 10 business days of despatch please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.
We are happy to assist you in resolving delivery issues, however if we are not informed of any issues by you within 25 business days of despatching the goods, they will be deemed successfully delivered.
