Devil's Corner Pinot Noir Rosé 2025 brings a distinctly Tasmanian freshness to a dry, fruit-driven style of rosé. Made from Pinot Noir, it combines bright strawberry and watermelon characters with refreshing acidity and a subtle savoury edge. There's plenty of fruit to enjoy, but the appeal lies just as much in its balance and clean, dry finish.

Tasmania's cooler growing conditions are particularly well suited to Pinot Noir, allowing the variety to develop expressive red-fruit character while retaining natural acidity. In rosé, that combination creates a wine with flavour and freshness in equal measure. Devil's Corner captures this approachable side of Pinot Noir without losing the delicate character that makes the variety so appealing.

Tasting Notes

Appearance

Delicate salmon pink with a soft blush, giving the wine an understated, inviting appearance in the glass.

Aroma

Fresh strawberry and watermelon aromas lead the way, with bright red-fruit character and a gentle savoury suggestion adding interest.

Palate

Juicy strawberry and red berry flavours are balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity. The palate is smooth and lively, with watermelon notes and a subtle savoury edge providing interest without overwhelming the fruit.

Finish

Clean, dry and refreshing, with lingering red berry flavours and a delicate savoury note.

Food Pairing & Serving

Pinot Noir Rosé is particularly comfortable alongside food, and this Tasmanian example has the freshness to complement seafood without overpowering delicate flavours. Try it with grilled prawns, sashimi or fresh oysters, or serve it alongside charcuterie, soft cheeses and Mediterranean-style salads.

Serve chilled at around 8–10°C. It's an appealing choice for a seafood lunch, an afternoon gathering or a glass before dinner, with enough flavour to accompany a meal and the freshness to enjoy on its own.

Although rosé often comes to mind in warmer weather, the combination of red fruit, dry finish and gentle savoury character makes this a useful wine to have at the table throughout the year.
