Hentley Farm Villain & Vixen Rosé 2026 is a bright, lively South Australian rosé that brings together Sangiovese, Mataro, Shiraz and Grenache. Drawing on fruit from Mt Crawford and Shea-Oak Log, it combines generous berry character with the freshness and vibrancy that make a good rosé so enjoyable.

The 2026 release has a particularly appealing aromatic profile, moving from cassis and maraschino cherry into blackcurrant leaf, purple florals and a gentle suggestion of baking spice. There's plenty of fruit character here, but it's balanced by a lively, refreshing edge.

The fruit was destemmed and pressed directly, then handled oxidatively before cold settling, clean racking and fermentation in stainless steel. The resulting rosé combines generous fruit character with crisp acidity and a lively, refreshing texture.

A lovely choice for warm afternoons, relaxed entertaining or a meal with friends, this is the sort of versatile rosé that works just as comfortably alongside food as it does on its own.
