Brown Brothers Moscato Strawberry & Hibiscus Spritz is a fresh twist on the popular Brown Brothers Sparkling Moscato — a vibrant, ready-to-drink sparkling aperitif combining Moscato with naturally derived strawberry and hibiscus flavour. Bright pink in colour, floral and refreshing, it is best served cold or over ice.

Tasting Notes

Appearance — Vibrant bright pink with lively, full sparkling bubbles.

Aroma — Lifted and fresh with strawberry, watermelon and a lovely floral hibiscus lift.

Palate — Juicy and refreshing with a clean strawberry and floral finish. Light, effervescent and easy drinking.

Winemaking

Grapes sourced from vineyards in the Murray Valley of north west Victoria, picked at optimal flavour development to ensure a classic Moscato grape base. A small addition of naturally derived strawberry and hibiscus flavour was added. Bottled at 8.0% ABV.

About Moscato at Brown Brothers

Muscat of Alexandria — known as Moscato — is one of the oldest and most aromatic grape varieties in the world, with a history stretching back to Roman times. Australian winemakers have cultivated the variety for as long as grapes have been grown here, producing styles ranging from delicate, perfumed dry whites to rich dessert wines depending on harvest timing and winemaking approach.

Food Pairing

Best enjoyed over ice in a large wine glass with a slice of lime. Pairs well with salt and pepper calamari, Vietnamese rice paper rolls with sweet chilli, shared plates and light finger food.
