We've simply kept the producer and exact wine identity under wraps online. When your order arrives, you'll receive the original fully labelled bottle and the mystery will be revealed.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Very pale straw-green with youthful brilliance.
Nose: Lifted lime and lemon with citrus blossom and orange blossom, followed by white nectarine and subtle tropical fruit.
Palate: Juicy lemon, lime and grapefruit with hints of lemon sorbet and tropical fruit. Bright natural acidity provides freshness, balance and drive.
Finish: Long, clean and persistent.
Winemaking
Machine-harvested Clare Valley Riesling was destemmed and gently pressed, with only the free-run juice used. Fermentation took place in stainless steel before stabilisation, filtration and early bottling to preserve freshness and varietal purity.
The 2026 Vintage
A cool start was followed by a warm, dry summer that supported even ripening. March rain required careful vineyard management and selective picking, with the resulting Riesling showing freshness, balance and classic Clare Valley citrus character.
