The Taylors Estate Riesling has been one of Australia's most consistent expressions of Clare Valley Riesling since the Taylors family planted their first vines in Clare Valley in 1969. Grown at altitude on the valley floor, the Estate Riesling delivers the pure varietal expression and razor-sharp acidity that have made Clare Valley the benchmark region for Australian Riesling. The 2026 vintage brings a focused, citrus-driven wine with the hallmark freshness and natural elegance that define the style.

Finish: Elegant and refreshing, with clean persistence.

Vintage & Winemaking

Taylors describes 2026 as a weak La Niña season — initially warm and then wet. Riesling was harvested at the start of vintage, ahead of the wetter conditions, producing delicate, concentrated fruit with focused varietal expression. The wine is made without oak, preserving the natural purity of the fruit. Technical: Alcohol 11% · Residual Sugar 3.77 g/L · pH 2.95.
