How It's Made
Selected coffee beans are crushed and steeped in a solution of water and alcohol for 15 days, with regular stirring to extract their aromatic character. The resulting natural coffee tincture is filtered and stabilised before being blended with sweet, velvety milk cream. A final addition of grappa contributes further aromatic complexity.
How to Serve
Serve well chilled at around 3°C, either on its own after a meal or alongside espresso. Bottega Latte Macchiato can also be used in cocktails and works particularly well with creamy ice cream and desserts.
