Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep golden amber with copper reflections.
Nose: Rich tropical fruit, caramelised apple, vanilla and toasted oak, with hints of cocoa and warming spice.
Palate: Full-bodied and rounded, revealing butterscotch, dried fruit, ripe banana and orange, complemented by toasted spice and beautifully integrated oak.

Doorly's 12 Year Old is produced at Foursquare Distillery in Barbados from a combination of traditional pot-still and column-still rums. The components undergo twelve years of tropical maturation, with ex-bourbon and Madeira casks contributing complementary layers of vanilla, fruit, spice and oak complexity. The result is a harmonious, mature Barbados rum with richness, structure and a refined finish.
