Absolut Tabasco brings together two distinctive names in a bold chilli-pepper-flavoured vodka. Crafted in Sweden, it combines Absolut's smooth vodka character with the unmistakable heat and tang of TABASCO red peppers.
The flavour comes from a natural essence derived from the fermented, aged red pepper mash used to make TABASCO Sauce. With no added sugar, it delivers savoury spice and a gradual warmth that works particularly well in cocktails.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Crystal clear.
Nose: Aged red chilli peppers, tangy vinegar, subtle tomato-like notes and a gentle hint of smokiness.
Palate: Smooth vodka texture with savoury chilli, peppery spice, vinegar tang and underlying sweetness. The heat builds progressively without overwhelming the other flavours.
Finish: Warming and persistent, with lingering red pepper spice and a pleasantly tangy edge.
An excellent choice for a Bloody Mary with extra bite, a spicy lemonade or a creative savoury cocktail.
