El Jimador Blanco is a fresh, citrus-driven tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico. Produced at Casa Herradura's distillery in Amatitán, it combines traditional agave harvesting with natural fermentation and double distillation. Bottled without barrel ageing, it retains the bright, herbal character of the agave rather than developing the oak-influenced flavours associated with reposado tequila.
