Serving Suggestions

Serve well chilled at 6–8°C. Enjoy on its own as an aperitif, pair with fresh seafood, antipasto or light summer dishes, or mix with an apéritif and soda water for a classic spritz. The Prosecco Rosé works beautifully with pink gin and soda for a pink spritz.

De Bortoli Prosecco FAQs

What is De Bortoli Prosecco?
De Bortoli Prosecco is a range of sparkling wines made from the Prosecco grape variety, grown in the King Valley in north-east Victoria. The range includes a classic Prosecco NV and a Prosecco Rosé NV, both available in 750ml and 200ml Piccolo formats.

Where is De Bortoli Prosecco made?
De Bortoli Prosecco is made from grapes grown in the King Valley, Victoria — Australia's premier Prosecco region. The King Valley's cool-climate conditions and Italian viticultural heritage make it ideally suited to the Prosecco variety.

What is the difference between Prosecco and Prosecco Rosé?
The Prosecco NV is a classic pale white sparkling with green apple, pear and lemon characters. The Prosecco Rosé NV is blended with a touch of Pinot Noir to give a pale pink colour and adds notes of wild strawberry, brioche and pomegranate. Both are dry (Brut) in style.

What is a Prosecco Piccolo?
A Piccolo is a 200ml single-serve bottle — equivalent to approximately one generous glass of wine. De Bortoli offers both the Prosecco NV and Prosecco Rosé NV in Piccolo format, making them ideal for picnics, events and individual enjoyment without opening a full bottle.

Is De Bortoli Prosecco vegan friendly?
Yes — all wines in the De Bortoli Prosecco range are vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Can I use De Bortoli Prosecco for spritz cocktails?
Absolutely. De Bortoli Prosecco is an excellent spritz base. Mix with an apéritif such as Aperol and soda water for a classic Aperol Spritz, or combine the Prosecco Rosé with pink gin and soda for a pink spritz.
