The wine was matured in French oak (between 2 and 6 years old) for a period of 9 months prior to being bottled. The wine has a clean, elegant palate, a zesty acid backbone and long, persistent finish. Sourced from 74% Padthaway and 26% Clare Valley, this single variety Chardonnay showcases the quality of South Australian fruit. At release, the wine is a pale straw with a slight green hue to the edge.
