Made in smaller batches using Italian varieties atypical of Yarra Valley, this newest range was started as a way to find varieties more sustainable for our changing YV climate while also creating some truly unique wines.

Best paired to open minds and any cuisine, Scoperta is a conversation starter. A great choice for those looking for something different.

Harvested 9th-11th March 2023, 75% by hand, 25% machine. Pressed to tank and chilled for 3 days. Following this the clear juices were carefully racked to another tank for fermentation using EC118 and CY3079. Two barrels were fermented in new oak.
