Appearance
Pale and luminous with the faintest blush, fine persistent bubbles and the brilliant clarity of a wine pressed quickly from red grapes to preserve freshness and colour.
Aroma
Fresh strawberry, green apple and roasted almond — lifted, vibrant and immediately inviting. The Grenache brings red fruit warmth; the Pinot Noir adds delicacy and line.
Palate
Clean and crisp with a perfect balance of acid and sweetness. Light-bodied with fine bubbles, a fresh fruit core and a clean, refreshing finish. Charmat method at its most precise.

Winemaking
A blend of 52% Grenache and 48% Pinot Noir sourced from Western Ridge, Mt. Crawford, Eden Valley and Southern Barossa. De-stemmed and pressed, oxidatively handled, fermented with Champagne yeast via the Charmat method.
Vintage 2026
Slightly above average winter and spring rainfall, with mild conditions through spring and early summer producing delayed development and balanced canopies. Two rainfall events in March extended the vintage, resulting in a late, elongated harvest. Elegant, vibrant wines.
