Mr. Mick Riesling reflects the classic Clare Valley Bin 5 style championed by local winemakers in the late 1960s — generous fruit, a touch of residual sweetness, and crisp natural acidity that makes it one of the most food-friendly Rieslings in Australia. Made by Tim Adams from free-run juice only, this is a pristine, fruit-driven wine with genuine cellaring potential.

Winery & Vintage Info

Riesling grapes were harvested at their peak flavour maturity from vineyards through the central and southern Clare Valley. After de-stemming, and must chilling, juice was separated from skins, clarified and fermented for 14 days. The use of ‘free-run’ juice only ensures continuation of the true Mr Mick style – crisp, pure and fruit driven. It is a pristine wine with generous length of fruit flavour; a great example which reflects a stunning 2024 vintage with dry, cool ripening conditions, resulting in maximum varietal expression.
