Blended with artesian well water at the Latvijas Balzams facility in Riga, Latvia. Filtered twice through super-fine quartz sand, then through Russian birch wood charcoal at an optimised flow rate. Freeze-filtered at -18°C and passed at ultra-slow velocity through ion-charged filters before resting.
