Tasting Notes

Cask & Maturation
Enigma is matured in ex-Sherry casks sourced from Jerez and ex-Port casks from the Douro Valley. Callington Mill uses first-fill, freshly decanted casks and full-term maturation rather than finishing the whisky briefly in secondary casks. It is bottled at natural colour and non-chill filtered.
