Scotchmans Hill Pinot Noir 2022 (Bellarine Peninsula)

The 2022 Pinot Noir from Scotchmans Hill is deep garnet in appearance with a bright hue. The bouquet is ripe and perfumed with an array of scents ranging from dark cherries and plums to spice. This is complemented by sappy whole bunch notes and cedar oak. The palate is masculine and complex with dense flavours of red plumes, cherries and spice. This flows through to a sappy and earthy mid palate with a long cedar oak finish. Firm acid and fine grain tannins gives this wine wonderful structure which will allow it to age gracefully over the next 8 to 10 years.
