Winemaking Notes:
The grapes for this elegant Pinot Grigio were carefully hand-harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve the delicate aromatics and natural acidity. Following a gentle pressing, the juice was cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the wine's fresh, vibrant character and varietal purity. The winemaking team employed minimal intervention techniques, allowing the fruit to express the unique terroir of Tasmania's Coal River Valley. A brief period on lees added textural complexity and a subtle creaminess to the palate, whilst maintaining the wine's characteristic crispness and finesse.

Vintage Conditions:
The 2025 vintage in Tasmania proved exceptional for white wine production, characterised by a mild spring that encouraged even bud-burst and flowering. The summer months brought warm, sunny days tempered by cool maritime breezes from the Southern Ocean, allowing the Pinot Grigio grapes to develop intense flavours whilst retaining their natural acidity. Autumn conditions were near-perfect, with dry, stable weather enabling extended hang time on the vine. This resulted in fruit with excellent phenolic ripeness and concentrated aromatics, producing wines of remarkable balance and elegance that truly showcase Tasmania's reputation as one of the world's premier cool-climate wine regions.
