The Field Street Shiraz is off vineyards that surround the SC Pannell Olivers Road home. In every sense this wine is at the heart of S.C. Pannell. It’s where we have our vines in the ground and our feet on the earth. A modern, warm-climate Shiraz stripped back from the artifice of winemaking to express the purity and breadth of McLaren Vale fruit. For me it’s all about the preservation of fruit flavours and not at the expense of losing weight nor richness.
