The 100% Chardonnay fruit was hand-picked early March 2022 from vineyards in Karridale and Wilyabrup Margaret River. Whole bunch pressed to 50% new French oak, remainder 1 & 2 year old oak fermenting using wild indigenous yeasts with 10 months ageing in French barriques before bottling in February 2023.
