The vineyard’s ancient Kadlunga Slate soils, formed over 650 million years, contribute to wines that are both elegant and accessible. Their approach combines detailed understanding of the region's geology and viticulture with minimal intervention winemaking. This white wine, crafted from pink grapes, is harvested early to preserve freshness, delicately pressed to minimise colour extraction, and fermented in stainless steel to maintain bright fruit characteristics.
