2020 was an excellent vintage for Pinot Noir in both the upper and lower Yarra Valley. A wet spring was welcomed, filling the dams and setting up beautifully to a dry growing season in January and February.

100% Yarra Valley Pinot Noir fruit, predominantly hand-picked between February and March. 10% whole bunch fermented, hand plunged and air maceration for colour extraction. A combination of yeasts including indigenous fermentation. Matured in French oak for 9 months, 10% new. 4 days cold soaking at 10°C. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years but why wait?
