The Innocent Bystander Yarra Valley Pinot Noir 2019 vintage is such a cool cat. It’s our bread and butter, our heart and soul. It’s our hero wine out here, and we freaking love it. Subtle, perfumed. Just 100% totally drinkable and awesome. With aromas of cranberry, boysenberry, cherry and earthy dried spices. Delicious velvety dark fruits, with soft savoury tannins.

A mild and dry growing season allowing us to pick at optimal ripeness, full colour and flavour.

The fruit for the Innocent Bystander 2019 Pinot Noir was predominantly hand-picked, 100% Yarra Valley fruit, harvested between February & March. 10% whole bunch fermented, hand plunged in open fermenters, with a combination of yeasts including indigenous fermentation and matured in French oak.
