A mild and dry growing season allowing us to pick at optimal ripeness, full colour and flavour.

The fruit for the Innocent Bystander 2018 Pinot Noir was predominantly hand-picked, 100% Yarra Valley fruit, harvested between February & March 2018. 10% whole bunch fermented, hand plunged in open fermenters, with a combination of yeasts including indigenous fermentation and matured in French oak.
