Winery & Vintage Info

The 2022 Pinot Noir is an excellent vintage in both the upper and lower Yarra Valley. A wet spring was welcomed, filling the dams and setting up beautifully to a dry growing season in January and February.

Harvested between February and April 2022. One to two days cold soaking. 10% whole bunch fermented, hand plunged and air maceration for colour extraction. A combination of yeasts including indigenous fermentation. Matured in French oak for 6 months, 10% new.
