Cool flowering led to low yields of incredible quality in the Yarra Valley, with the high altitude of the King Valley providing terrific acidity. Predominantly hand-picked. 82% King Valley & 18% Yarra Valley fruit. Harvested Feb-March 2023.

Combination of whole bunch pressed and de-stemmed to press. 90% stainless steel cold fermentation to hold onto that freshness. 10% matured in French oak for that lush mouth feel. Barrels lees stirred for six months.
