Innocent Bystander Pinot Gris 2018 vintage is a citrus-driven French style white wine. Refreshing, easy going and lingers just long enough. Not too fresh, not too oaky. The Goldilocks of the whites. Fresh cut pears, snow peas shoots and lemon thyme on the nose. Lime flowers and miso. Crisp, bone dry and moreish with twangy lemon sorbet finish on the palate.

Even ripening conditions provided complexity in the Yarra Valley while the cool King Valley brought a delicious mineral citrus spike.
Predominantly hand-picked Yarra (50%) & King Valley (50%) fruit, harvested February to March 2018 with a combination of whole bunch pressed and de-stemmed to press 85% stainless steel cold fermentation to hold onto that freshness, 15% matured in French oak for that lush mouth feel. Barrels lees stirred for three months. Vegan Friendly
