The Dirtman Shiraz 2019 from Gibson wines is comfort in a bottle. The palate is rich and seductive showing blackberry and stone fruit flavours, hints of fresh ground coffee and toasty oak.

Quite a mild dry season with good weather conditions through harvest & those with irrigation did well. Fruit sourced from Barossa & Eden Valleys for this wine. Maturation for 18 months in new and matured American oak hogsheads.

This wine is also suitable for vegans.
