Aroma

Ripe lychee and spicy tropical aromas with hints of rose petal, tropical fruits and subtle musk.

Palate

Sweet lychee notes dominate, complemented by tropical fruit flavours and subtle floral undertones. Gentle sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity, with a clean, persistent finish of lychee and tropical fruit.

Winemaking Notes

Made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes, infused with natural ingredients to achieve the distinctive tropical lychee lift. Bottled soon after fermentation to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Grapes harvested mid-February to mid-March at brix ranging from 11 to 13.8.

This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes. We worked with a flavour development company to infuse with natural ingredients to get the tropical lychee lift. The wine was bottled soon after fermentation. The grapes were harvested from mid-February to mid-March 2025 at brumes ranging from 11 to 13.8.
