Tim Adams Wines is one of Clare Valley’s most enduring family-owned producers — established in 1986 by Tim and Pam Adams, and still making wines that are unmistakably from this place. The winery is built on the belief that Clare Valley produces some of Australia’s finest Riesling and Shiraz, and the range exists to prove it across every price point.

About Tim Adams

Tim Adams began his winemaking career at Wendouree before establishing his own label in the mid-1980s. Over four decades, the winery has built a reputation for wines with genuine regional character — structured, food-friendly and made to age. Riesling and Shiraz sit at the heart of the portfolio, but the range extends to Semillon, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and the Mr. Mick label, which brings the same Clare Valley focus to more approachable everyday wines.

The Clare Valley’s warm days, cool nights and ancient soils produce fruit with natural acidity, concentration and the capacity to develop over time. Tim Adams’ wines reflect that character directly — made with minimal intervention and a clear sense of where they come from.

The Tim Adams portfolio spans the full expression of Clare Valley — from the pristine, age-worthy Riesling and the powerful, structured Shiraz, through to The Fergus Grenache, Semillon and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Mr. Mick range offers the same regional focus in a more approachable, everyday style.
