"A blend of roussanne, marsanne, grenache blanc and viognier here. Fermented in foudre and oak barrels on lees. New label but no bottle shot for it.
Good depth, medium weight, chewiness to texture, bold fragrance. Kicks off nicely, delivers the goods. A relaxed feel in the palate, lots of just ripe stone fruits, some gingery elements, arrowroot biscuit, salted cashew too. Perfume of similar with some frangipani laid over it all. Great drinking here, super pleasurable and a good lick of powdery chomp in its juiciness."
