Pauletts 2022 Polish Hill River Riesling has a very aromatic, intense note of lime, white florals, green apple with nuances of wet river pebbles and slate. Pure and fresh, the palate has fresh cut lime along with citrus zest. Wet slate and green apple again features strongly. Driven by a racy natural acidity and linear minerality giving a long, lingering clean finish. Drink now or be rewarded with 10-15 years bottle development.
