Kylie Minogue Margaret River Chardonnay 2020

One of the most famous winemaking regions in Australia, Margaret River is a cool climate, coastal region renowned for producing wines of distinction and purity.

The grapes for the 2020 Kylie Minogue Margaret River Chardonnay blend are sourced from the finest vineyards in the southern reaches of region, where increased cloud cover and prevailing southerly breezes facilitate long, gentle grape ripening. Parcels from the Miamup and Allingham plots have been combined to balance freshness and texture in the wine, with the ‘Gin Gin’ Chardonnay vine clone contributing complexity.

All batches are handpicked and cooled overnight in vented crates, hand sorted, and then whole bunch pressed to extract only the free run juice. The oak influence in the wine has been carefully balanced by using old, large 600l French Oak barrels to give the wine an elegant but distinctive dimension.
