Hillmartin Distillery HM Pinot Noir 2022 Gin 500mL

HM 2022 Pinot Noir Gin has been hand crafted by steeping hand picked low yielding Victorian Pinot Noir grapes from Panton Hill, with Hill Martin Distillery's award winning HM No.1 Rare Dry Gin.

At the completion of the steeping process the grapes were separated from the resultant gin and then hand pressed to extract all remaining juice. The juice was combined with the gin to ensure that none of the mouth-watering juices were spared, and to give the gin it’s warm rich colour.

It is elegant and aromatic, has great depth of flavour on the palate and is incredibly smooth.
