Brown Brothers Prosecco Limited Edition 2025 is a special release from King Valley, showcasing the renowned winemaker's expertise in crafting exceptional Australian sparkling wines with vibrant character and elegance.

Appearance

This Limited Edition Prosecco presents a beautiful pale straw colour with delicate golden highlights. Fine, persistent bubbles rise gracefully through the glass, creating an elegant mousse that signals the quality within this special 2025 release.

Aroma

The nose is wonderfully expressive and inviting, offering fresh aromas of crisp green apple, zesty lemon, and white peach. Delicate floral notes of elderflower and acacia blossom add complexity, whilst subtle hints of pear and honeysuckle enhance the wine's aromatic appeal.

Palate

Light to medium-bodied with a refreshing character, the palate delivers bright citrus and orchard fruit flavours balanced by crisp acidity. The fine bead creates a creamy texture, leading to a clean, invigorating finish that makes this Limited Edition release perfect for celebrations.

Winery & Vintage Info

The grapes for Brown Brothers Prosecco were grown throughout Victoria including the cool climate King Valley. The fruit was picked later and at a slightly higher baumé than fruit for our vintage Prosecco to deliver a soft, round and approachable wine.

After primary fermentation the wine was then fermented in a pressure tank to 5 atmospheres of pressure and bottled to retain the bubbles.
