La Chablisienne is the leading cooperative of the Chablis appellation, founded in 1923 and representing growers across all seventeen villages of the appellation. The cooperative produces wines from the full hierarchy of Chablis — Petit Chablis through to Grand Cru — drawing on the region's defining Kimmeridgian terroir: ancient sediment composed of fossilised oysters that gives Chablis its minerality, finesse, and crystalline tonality found in few other places on earth.

The 'Pas Si Petit' Petit Chablis — meaning 'not so small' — is the entry point to the range and a genuine expression of the appellation. Fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel on fine lees, it delivers smoky flint, citrus freshness and a saline mineral finish that speaks directly of the Portlandian and Kimmeridgian soils beneath the vines.
