At Zilzie Wines, their goal is to produce quality wines from different regions across Australia, intended for significant occasions in life.

Over a century ago, their ancestors started working on this property. Through continuous effort under the Australian sun, four generations of the family engaged in various agricultural activities. In the early 1980s, Ian and Roslyn Forbes transformed the property into vineyards, shaping the family's future direction.
The winery and one of the largest vineyards in the district, covering approximately 1700 acres under vine, is managed by the family. Currently, brothers Andrew and Steven Forbes oversee the vineyards and winery.
The Zilzie Regional Collection Barossa Shiraz is lush, velvety and mouth-filling with a vibrant palate of dark berry fruits and cherry is complemented with a touch of dark chocolate and subtle oak.
