Tasting Notes
Dark plum, blackberry and boysenberry fruit lead the wine, with layers of liquorice, dark chocolate, sweet spice, mocha, coffee bean and cedar complexity. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, with firm tannins, integrated oak and freshness bringing balance to the generous fruit. The finish is long, savoury and persistent.
