Producer History

VLAM is the story of Michael van der Heyden — the son of Dutch immigrants who grew up on a strawberry farm in south-western Victoria, trained as an Air Force instrument technician, won multiple national home-brew awards, and eventually launched his own boutique distillery. Every VLAM label tells a piece of the story: the “Lab”, the “Tulip”, the “Spark”. All of it poured into the still, the bottle, and the glass. Proost!
