The Melbourne Gin Company Dry Gin is a classic gin with a twist of Melbourne — hand crafted, batch distilled, and non-chill filtered at Gembrook Hill Vineyard in the Yarra Valley, 60 kilometres from the city it is named after. Eleven botanicals, both local and exotic, are each individually extracted, distilled, and blended to create a well-rounded, smooth, and slightly surprising gin that encapsulates the cosmopolitan character of the world’s most liveable city. The final component is Gembrook rainwater — pure enough to let every botanical shine through without interference.
Appearance

Aroma
Classic juniper and coriander seed provide the foundation, with grapefruit peel and rosemary from the Gembrook Hill Vineyard garden adding a fresh, aromatic lift that is distinctly of place.
