This unique expression, which draws influence from the vibrancy of South Australian Shiraz and other uniquely Australian red wines, is red ochre in colour and a great balance of sweet and savoury on the palate.

For this whisky, Australian red wine barrels have been individually selected and kept exactly as they leave the winery to take advantage of a uniquely Australian red wine profile. The barrels are steamed, not charred, to retain the penetration of wine into the wood. You may discover a long tannic finish on this whisky, just as you would one of Australia’s award-winning wines.
