Luminous amber colour, tinted with subtle, rich red hues, the St Remy XO has a mature nose underpinned with delicate oak and vanilla aromas, layered with hints of ripe fruits and honey. The palate is intense and aromatic. Subtle notes of wood and vanilla are enriched with flavours of gingerbread, candied apricots, dates, figs and nuts. The taste is subtly spicy and offers a long finish.

Distillery Info

Created in 1886, St-Rémy is the world’s number-one French brandy. St-Rémy is bottled in the Loire Valley and shipped around the world.

The creation begins with the selection of red and white grapes, harvested exclusively in France’s finest wine-growing regions, such as Burgundy, Champagne, the Rhône, Languedoc-Roussillon, Loire Valley, Bordeaux and Beaujolais. Round, subtle and well-balanced, its character expresses the elegant diversity of the wine regions of France – the famous French terroir. The unique features of each of these French regions are brought to life in the eaux-de-vie, thereby guaranteeing the character and elegance, also known as the “smoothness” of St-Rémy.

St-Rémy XO illustrates the legacy of their previous Master Blender, Martine Pain. She created a complex and rich brandy, her interpretation of French aromatic intensity while remaining true to the style of the House. In the past decades, St-Rémy XO became an obvious trade-up in the category.

The satisfaction of a generous superior taste for the savvy, bon vivant ones. St-Rémy XO is a brandy of character with complex aromas and a robust taste. It is recognised for its elegance, roundness, and ability to linger on the palate. Offering multiple layers of flavours that make it remarkable to critics and connoisseurs alike, St-Rémy XO can be enjoyed neat, on ice or in classic cocktails.
