Punt Road Gamay 2023 (Yarra Valley)

Gamay is a relative newcomer to Punt Road's estate vineyard with more rows coming into production every year. The winemaking is fine-tuned to capture Gamay's unique fruit profile and only neutral previously-filled barrels are used to age the wine. 15% whole bunch fermentation adds spice and complexity to the wine's red and black fruit spectrum. After 10 months in barrels, the wines are blended and bottled with no fining.
