Made with twelve botanicals and matured in sherry casks, it combines earthy juniper and citrus with warming spice, dried fruit, vanilla and toasted oak while retaining the character of gin beneath the influence of the barrel.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Golden amber from maturation in sherry casks.
Nose: Earthy juniper and toasted oak with dried apricot, cardamom, Tasmanian pepper berry, cola and lemon zest.
Palate: Rich and textural, with honeyed sweetness, cassia, cardamom and pepper berry alongside juniper, vanilla and the influence of sherry-cask maturation.
Finish: Long and warming, with spiced oak, juniper, vanilla, citrus and cola character lingering through the finish.
