Tasmanian Whisky pioneer, Casey Overeem founded Overrm Distillery on 2007 as the fourth distillery in Tasmania, after honing his craft in the Netherlands.

After launching his first release in 2012 alongside his daughter Jane the brand gained momentum and popularity and garnered international praise. Today, Jane and her husband Mark, continue in Casey’s tradition paying homage to the practises and principles her instilled.

A great introduction to the Overeem range, the Sherry Cask is a wonderful expression of a single malt. An elegant and refined whisky with incredible character and flavour profile.
