Mr. Mick Rosé 2023 by Tim Adams (Clare Valley)

Winemakers Tim Adams and Brett Schutz continue the Mr. Mick philosophy of making affordable wines for everyone to enjoy.

In its 13th year the 2023 Mr. Mick Rosé continues to exemplify this philosophy with its alluring lifted aromas and flavours of strawberries and cream with hints of lychee and white peach to follow. A montage of fruit flavours linger on the palate before a crisp, cleansing finish. It’s a wine that leaves you wanting another glass every time.

Grenache, Sangiovese, Merlot & Shiraz were crushed, chilled and held cold soaking separately in the press in order to extract vibrant red berry flavours from the skins. The juices were cold settled and fermented separately prior to careful blending, stabilisation, clarification and bottling. Very slight residual sweetness remains in order to enhance the natural fruit characters and balance the natural acidity borne from a perfect ripening period.
